Delete Your Tempo Account

Effective date: July 3, 2026

You can request deletion of your Tempo account and associated account data by email.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your Tempo account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my Tempo account.
3. Include the email address used for your Tempo account if you are writing from a different address.

What Will Be Deleted

We will delete your Tempo account record and account-associated data stored in our backend, including authentication-related account metadata and saved server-side template/account records associated with that account where applicable.

What May Remain

Media files, exported videos, and local project data stored only on your device are not accessible to us and can be deleted directly from your device. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup integrity.

Timing

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying that the request comes from the account owner.
